I came into Hendrick Toyota to buy quickly after selling my vehicle out-right, and leaving myself in a car-less situation. Even though I put myself in a position where I could have been taken advantage of, that was hardly the story here at this dealership. Robert Cosgrove assisted me in finding a vehicle that not only was within my budget, but was something I loved and absolutely felt proud of driving off the lot. The Used Car Sales Manager (Jeff Goepferich) worked with me, to come to terms with a plan that made me feel comfortable, and fit my financial restrictions. I kept these poor souls working until nearly an hour & ½ after close, and even the Finance Closer (Ben Miller) was extremely friendly to me, regardless of the fact that he was kept there so long on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere here was fun, professional, and friendly. Nearly 10 representatives greeted me while I was waiting on information, and stayed around to have conversation, just to make me feel welcome. It is places like Hendrick, that I hold in high esteem and consider first, when doling out my recommendations to others. I highly recommend Robert Cosgrove as a Salesman, if you want to feel comfortable, deal with an individual who has an extensive knowledge of the fleet & what may work for you, and if you want ZERO problems during your hectic car-buying experience. Hats off to this establishment & the people who make it a pleasant gig.

I recently began shopping for a new car with great gas milage due to a job change that required a lot of driving. My search ended when I found a great vehicle at Hendrick Toyota. Not only did their team give me an excellent price for my trade in and the new car, but the salesman I worked with--Robert-- treated me with a great deal of respect that I didn't receive from other dealerships as a first time buyer. We had a great experience at Hendricks after visiting several other dealers in the area. Jose was so knowledgeable about the vehicle that we ended up purchasing and Robert was great in finance. They were fun and easy to work with. This dealer also offers free popcorn! Great experience all around.

We came to Hedrick Toyota wanting to purchase a Toyota Corolla. Not only did we end up purchasing a 2018 Toyota Corolla, we also ending up trading in our current van and purchasing a 2018 Toyota Sienna. They gave us a trade in our van that we could not even have dreamed of getting anywhere else!! We started with a very high interest rate on our van due to credit issues a and they got us in a new van at a good APR, something I didn't think was ever possible. We had Adam as our sales person and he was amazing! He was very friendly, out going, helpful and informative. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone.
