My first experience at Hendrick Toyota was an amazing one. Sid Boucetta was my salesperson. I've never felt more at home in an establishment in my life. He introduced me to everyone that worked there. He introduced everyone as his very good friend. He not only said everyone there is like family but you could tell that he lived that out. I told him what I needed and he exceeded my expectations. I came in to buy a 2006 Toyota 4 runner and he got me exactly what I wanted. The car was in North Carolina and I needed it by Friday to take on a family road trip. Having 2 small boys and our current SUV not feeling safe for my wife to drive it was a big deal to have it ASAP. Sid assured me that he could get there car for me by Friday. And it was there by Friday. In a world where people rarely mean what they say Sid was a breath of fresh air. I even left my license plate on my old car and asked for a screw driver. I turned around and he already had it on my new car. The car was washed and in amazing condition. My husband and I were in desperate need of a replacement vehicle after our 2002 Camry decided to "retire" in Florida while on vacation. Our car already looked beautiful and new, especially for a 3 year old model, but after we decided on the purchase, Brian made sure it had another detail while we completed our paperwork with his finance manager, Thao Dinh, who was also a wonderfully competent and personable representative of Hendrick.
